What kind of christian rock are we talking here? P.O.D and Creed type stuff or Zao type stuff?

I can't say "no one listens to Christian rock", because my best friend listens to a whole crapload of it. I've even heard Christian screamo being played at his church during youth group meetings.
But no. I hate it.

I'm an atheist and my favorite radio station is a Christian rock station. It's just so... uplifting?
Also, I appreciate this: "HELL YES...CHRISTIAN ROCK!!" Its funny because you talked about hell when you were referencing christianity... lol

I don't know what YOU mean by christian rock though. One of my favorite bands is labeled as "Christian Rock" on last.fm (the last time I checked) and the music has NOTHING to do with anything other than... music. Just like any other band. My friend told me that sometimes the only label bands as "Christian Rock" because the lead singer or band member is christian, but that's it.
So I'm not sure if you mean the music you listen to at churches, or just random bands labeled as "Christian Rock". Because I don't think it really makes all much of a difference.

If you want to be an awesome band WORSHIP THE DEVIL Worshiping the devil isn't my thing, but this is just blatant truth, as is observable throughout recent history time and time again!

There are plenty of good Christian bands out there. They don't have to outright sing about God but they can have Christian influence in their lyrics. Mychildren Mybride for example is a good, heavy metalcore Christian band.

These guys are some of the heaviest I've found. There's lyrics in case you don't speak fluent metalese. Heaviest band of all time still goes to White Chappel.

If christian rock was better than maybe... but it all really comes down to people trying to force their religions. I'm a christian (in a way... =P) but I hate christian rock lol. I don't want my religion to be forced on other people and I don't want it to be advertised either. It's not that I don't want people to believe, I just feel they have more of a right to freedom than the churches give them credit for.
