A week ago, I would've said The Room.
However, last week I've seen a movie that's far worse than The Room, it's called After Last Season and it's probably the worst movie ever made.

Guys worst movie ever everything is about: The Room by Tommy Wiseau spectacularly bad dont let the add fool you, it wasnt intended to be a black comedy, it was released and when everyone gave it such shite reviews, he rebranded it to one. I agree this is definitly the worst movie ever!

I conquer with the people that said "Plan 9 From Outer Space" is the worst movie of all time. It is just awful, though pretty famous so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

I must say that even how Plan 9 From Outer Space, Troll 2 and The Room are technically "bad movies" they are very entertaining and as a film maker I would say that they are important to watch to do the same mistakes. However they have had a growing cult popularity, but hands down for Diary of the Dead (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0848557/). This is a even worse movie than the three earlier mentioned, the cutting is not that bad as the other movies, but it seam to be too logic, and the plot is pretty bad as well, and by the way PDBAZ alert! (See what I did there?) I won't tell that much more, you'll have to watch it yourself.
I actually recommend watching Planet 9 From Outer Space while watching Koyaanisqatsi (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5539613947839465921#) in the background or just the soundtrack at the same time, this will totally make your day!

Why hasn't anyone mentioned any Uwe Boll movies. I say Bloodrayne. Also on IMDB Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2 has the lowest ranking.
Either Bloodrayne or Baby Geniuses 2

Plan 9 From Outer Space. A classic failure of a movie.

Watch The Room. "It's bullshit, I did not hit her. I did not. Oh hi Mark."

"Surf Nazis Must Die" or any film released by Troma Entertainment
They all try and subscribe to the idea of a film that's good because it's bad but once you get past the initial hilarity of the name they are just boring films.
Everyone shouts out Troll 2, The Room and Planet 9 but at the end of the day they know they're bad but still have entertainment value. A bad film should be just plain unwatchable because there is not redeeming features to it, there isn't even any entertainment value. It can be because of the camera work, the script, the story or the acting, there should be nothing about it that remotely gives you any reason to sit through the whole thing.
A bad film is boring not one that just doesn't fit what Hollywood likes.

You should go all Mystery Science Theater 3000 for us! Or if you've never heard of them look them up they're really funny. They take old terrible movies and add funny commentary.
Superbabies 2 The Brain that Wouldn't Die

1. Shark Attack 3 - Megalodon 2. The Human Centipedeis a totally disgusting and non-logical adult horror film. A friend of mine who normally watches everything, just watched the trailer and never wanted to see it again. The movie title says it all.

How very dare you! That's Courtney Cox's shining performance! (Okay, so that's not the highest of praises, but still!) A friend of mine stole my VHS, so I stole her RHCP CD. I felt bad about it so I gave her the CD back and she did not return my VHS! ... I never did get over it. Can you tell?

I haven't seen The Room, but I have seen some pretty terrible movies (including several in this thread), and the worst of them is easily Night of the Lepus...a movie about killer bunnies. It's not really a funny-bad movie; it's just terrible to even sit through.
