Well aside from all of us being in different timezones, we all worked together, made as many meetings as we could. If one missed a meeting, we informed them of what they missed. We checked in with our adviser often, to check in, update, and bounce around ideas. So we definitely overcame anything that came our way, even uploading our finished project :] Communication is key, if you will not be on to communicate with your triad, don't join.

Suscribed. I was part of Born Again Triad. My main advice is USE EVERYTHING GIVEN TO YOU! There is a whole section on the Moon just for Triads talking, if timezones are being really hard and you can't use skype, use that! It can be very helpful. On getting volunteers, I would suggest to use easy ways to get volunteers. Don't try videos, or anything that takes a lot of work. The reason the culture space worked out is that all they needed to do is to click on a link and write their name. Do some research around the intenetz, and find something cool and original. Ooo, great tips. Thanks! I sent an email. I hope it helps! I received it and it will help! Thanks so much! I really like that you checked in with your mentors a lot just to bounce ideas. That's another great tip. Also, everyone, I updated the first post with this week's final video! Woooo!

Oh! Almost forgot! Every triad should have a Google Wave account and set up a group wave Google Wave was so important and helpful to our triad process.

Updated the first post with the new video! Triadvisors will now be Tuesdays & Thursdays. On Tuesdays, I'll share advice/tips from current/former triad members that has been sent in to me. On Thursdays, I'll share experiences of current/former triad members in a segment called "Triad Stories" using only submitted content. This means I need more people to send things in! Let's keep this train chuggin'! Oh! Almost forgot! Every triad should have a Google Wave account and set up a group wave Google Wave was so important and helpful to our triad process. Ah, yes, indeed. Someone else has also suggested this. I plan on making it one of the tips for next Tuesday's video.

Dang, now I have to double post. Oh well.
I updated the first post with the newest video: SquiggleTag's triad story! Thanks for the submission, SquiggleTag.
I haven't received any submissions in a few days, so if you have ever been in a triad, send it in! See the details in the first post! Woo!

Bah, and now we have a triple post. But, if I don't do this, the thread will fall away. Anyway, I updated the first post with a new video! I need those submissions! If you'll watch the new video all the way through, I mention that you need only have ever worked in a group of 3. It need not be a triad in a tribe specifically or anything like that. Just as long as you've worked in a group of 3, you can send me advice and triad stories! By the way, I'm still waiting to hear back from lots of former/current triad members to whom I sent PMs ages ago. I really want this to be community based rather than purely my advice. So, if you'd be gracious enough to send in some tips and/or stories, that would really help things out. Oh yeah, and there's a Twitter account and a Facebook page for Triadvisors, check them out! Thanks, that's the goal! Also, thanks for the story submission (assuming you're the same Lydia). I updated the first post with the video containing Lydia's triad story.

Hey, this project is still going! Yay! I updated the first post again with today's video.
I still need a flow of advice and questions happening, folks! If you have any questions about triading, send them in!

The first post has yet again been updated. Glorious.
Big thanks to CrrackTheSkye for today's Triad Story.
I always need submissions! No need to limit it to being in a SPOTM triad. If you were EVER in ANY triad ANYWHERE your advice and your stories are needed! This includes anything from groups of 3 working on something for school or your community to groups of 3 in an organization or band or the like to triads here or on any other online tribal community.
Can't wait to get some more stuff from you all. WOOHOO!

Yes, I got yours. Expect it to be shared next week (6/24). Thanks for sending it! By the way, I updated the first post with today's video. I must mention that I haven't received anything new from anyone in awhile. I really need you guys to send me advice & triad stories. And remember... if it's in video form, it's likely to be featured in one of my Triadvisors videos!

TorterraOats will be happy with today's update to the first post.
Also... I haven't gotten any submissions of advice or stories for awhile now. It'd be wicked awesome if you folks would send me stuff! Remember, it can be in video form AND it doesn't have to be related to PogoTribe triads. It can be advice or stories about working in a triad in any capacity!

Today's advice will be the last of its kind for a bit. I updated the first post with the video.
Note that I will be taking next week off of Triadvisors. After that, I'll most likely knock it down to 1 video per week. I plan on sharing lots about chapter 10 of Tribal Leadership by Dave Logan & John King. That chapter discusses triads in some depth. The plan is for July's videos to be solely about that.
I still need advice/stories/etc. so send them in! Again, they need not be only about SPOTM triads; rather, the submissions could be from being part of ANY triad in ANY capacity.

Picnic will enjoy how I updated the first post... yay? I hope this project doesn't die from the upcoming week off.
Please keep sending in advice. As I have stated already, the month of July will be a bit different for Triadvisors as I will be going through the triad chapter of Tribal Leadership by Dave Logan & John King.
I'll be back with new content in July. See you then!
