Welcome. It is time to kick off Generation 3. To begin with, Generation 2 was not as successful as we had hoped. This time we want devoted people. We will all succeed if you as an individual are willing to put at least 1 hour a week into your triad. That isn't much to ask for. First, we will display the schedule for triads. This is what every triad will follow, and if any of these deadlines are missed, your triad sadly failed. Try to memorize it and use it for reference. Schedule:Week 1: Sign ups/Posting triads Week 2: Meeting the other members of Triads Week 3: Starting the projects Week 4: Project Work Week 5: Completion of Projects And Status Reports Week 6: Evaluation of Projects Now, for signing up. Go to this link: bit.ly/bYsc5iAnd fill out that form. Please direct any questions to this thread: pogotribe.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=tprojects&action=display&thread=2231We are looking for 21 triads (63 people). If at first you don't, triad again. EDIT: We have decided that 1 mentor will be assigned 1 triad to help. EDIT2: TIME FOR A POLL ON TIME ZONES! pogotribe.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=tprojects&action=display&thread=2283

I would like to point out a few things:
- Being in a triad is fun, enjoyable and memorable... but only if you have the right set of mind. You must be able to work with other people and want to succeed.
- When applying for a triad between now and when we announce the triads, think of project ideas that you may suggest... because trust us, getting that right is what will make or break your project.
- Be aware that not only that your work will directly effect you, but the 2 other people in your triad. So if you are someone who gives up think hard about where to go/what to do

I have been wanting to be in one for so long!! Like even before I knew about them I wanted to be in something with people I didn't really know and get to know them, but with a project, that just makes it all the better!

Remember, you've got to be committed, you can't back out halfway through.

I will be 100% commited. Also suggestion: I think it would be a good idea if we could list people who we want to be paired with, triads with people who already dislike eachother is probaly not a good idea.

@cooltiger, the best thing about triads is that people who are so different are put together (it's random, but you know what I mean), if people could choose, they wouldn't be expanding the tribe. My two triad partners (Ferre and 123easyway) are in my close POGOTRIBE hug circle.

We have decided that 1 mentor will be assigned 1 triad to help. More than likely, not everyone that made it through will stick around and actually help out with the mentoring :\ It's sad, but true. So I just want to warn you that that system probably will not work.

Yeah, I know, but it's more of a way to keep more organized, each triad will be given three under it's wing, and we would like it if every mentor had one triad, but that won't work out, there will probably be around 2 per mentor
