Hmm. This is a complicated download. How do you do this?

Here is another installation tutorial. kylecordes.com/2008/git-windows-goIt's not really difficult. You just install and run git from the command line. There should be a graphical front-end to it (although I prefer using the command line). On Mac, there's GitX for a Git GUI.

Oh. Then it's easier.
Click the first link I gave you two posts ago, and download the package that comes out first.
Install, and then you have a working copy of git. You can open the Terminal utility on /Applications/Utilities and run git.
You can also install GitX for a graphical interface for git after you install that package.

Do you guys still need a host/scripter for it? i'd be willing to donate pogotribe.tyrope.nl for free, including FTP access (must easier than git, though no version control.) OH, and... i can do PHP, for those interested in advanced.
mhmm, just realized last post was Dec 30th... oh well.
edit: perhaps github could be our "working version" and pogotribe.tyrope.nl our 'live version'? less glitches in the public and still version control.

Yeah, it pretty much died. My idea was to use git as our working area, and whenever the master branch got updated, push that to the actual server. And using your server would be awesome for short/mid-term testing, but we'd move on to another server later. And that's just guessing. Swim and Squaredreams are the ones that are organizing this project.
