it's not zAk's fault that he's curious as far as the content of deleted thread.
I am too - was the topic insulting? or just one of the posts?

Don't worry about it. It was just one post, and it was very very mean.

Or we could just be nice when it's due. ~Mai tree scents.i totally agree lol, that last thing is kind of funny, sorry if that offends you Since I'm fat, I've learned how to deal with criticism by experience, and the fact that I'm really easy going and connect with people easily makes that a lot easier for me tbh You know, it may not seem like it, but I had a whole deal of criticism going through junior high and even still today. I will honestly let you call me stupid for this one because even I think it's stupid but I do it anyway. I'm actually such a nice guy to the degree that if someone makes my day complete and total shirt, then I'll go out of my way to make their day better. I've gotten so much criticism for being nice, but you just can't let people change who you are... yeah it's cost me a girlfriend or two but oh well. But even though I'm nice it doesn't mean I don't know when to be serious. You just need to know how to be serious, in a nice way. Spead being positive, it really works! Now all the people who are mean to me are mean in positive way. More like constructive criticism! ^_^ @rebecca (Beautiful name btw) you remind me of a friend of mine who's name also happened to be rebecca. She's a great person because she's always positive and loves being happy. She'll get really upset if you insult her or anything. If you didn't get that You're awesome PM from me (or even if you did) you are really awesome! You took the extra step to point out that being kind should be encouraged and that blocks of text next to a picture and a name DO have feelings! I hope you have a better day tomorrow because you really deserve it!

Right, I'm sorry for what I said. That's cool It's okay Nooo I wouldn't want you to leave for making a mistake! I'm gonna make mistakes here and I'm probably going to loose my temper at some point if I stay, but I gotta do everything I can to stop that from ever happening. I think that if you can actually see: - why it wasn't nice - what kind of effect it had and what kind of effect it could have on everything I think we are trying to build here in the long run - how you can stop yourself doing it again then you'll be a better admin for it than someone who hasn't had a similar experiance. We need to encourage each other and ourselves and we can all be the best people we can be and make a great community that helps other people do the same. I just need to figure out a personal balance where I can care about this place and contribute without feeling devastated when something bad happens. I mean I've only been here a short time and I'm really invested in it, what happens if the whole thing ends in 6 months? How will I feel then? But really caring about something probably inevitably leaves you open to this. Not being open to this means switching something off. I got held back too, so long ago I don't know why, I think it was a mix of dysgraphia and the fact that i was 6 months older than the others so it didn't make a difference . Holding you back for crying is so crazy... I bet they wouldn't have done it if you were a girl, what a silly society we live in with all these arbitrary expectations. I used to cry all the time if someone was mean to me or i felt disappointed or like i'd let someone down or anything like that, but I was very proud of the fact that I never cried if I fell and hurt myself, no matter how bad it seemed. Now to stop myself crying in public i just think about something else, i don't know if it's good or if i could pop a tear duct!

You took the extra step to point out that being kind should be encouraged and that blocks of text next to a picture and a name DO have feelings! I hope you have a better day tomorrow because you really deserve it! That's great, thank you! You're awesome too I know this is going to be even more surprising, but everyone was afraid of me in Secondary School. A friend of mine was very gentle and nice and didn't have the mean streak I have, and if anyone ever said anything to her I would call them on it, to the point where she said whenever I was around everyone was nice to her! In the first 3 years of Secondary school I was pretty quite and meek as well, I did try to defend myself but always very meekly, and I tried to reason with them, or tell them what I thought was silly about them, which didn't really work. i don't know what changed after that, I wish I did so I could give people advice on how to act tough. No fear, don't be afraid to say anything. I don't mean force yourself to curse and stuff and be someone who you're not, just call them out on it. But what you say isn't as important as how you say it, you've got to say it like you're not afraid of them, and it's got to be true. This works for being teased, it probably doesn't work for physical bullying. Also if someone is asking you some silly question like. "Are you a Y?" or "Do you fancy X?" Don't say yes or no, and absolutely do not say nothing and put your head down! Just say: What are you talking to me for? You're not my friend. I don't want to talk to you. People can't get very far if you don't engage them. Or something like that. Or you can laugh at them if you can manage that, that's excellent. I've seen people turn people like that into friends just by laughing.

Just put it this way, I've just had a pretty rough time outside the forum. There has been a member of my family who has just had a important operation on his eye. It has affected me, my friends, and everything else. It is also bringing back old memories that I don't want to think about.
So, I am in a depression state atm, and I unleashed some of my anger at the forum.
I have to heavily consider my future on this forum!

I hope that this is a place where you can get your mind off it and get support. I think that life is always shite and there's an awful lot of pain in the world, sometimes I have no idea how anyone keeps going, but I think things like this are worth building.
