Chrome is faster, and it doesn't crash. As much as I love Chrome, and although it is faster, it certainly does crash a lot! It's definitely and sadly not the most reliable of browsers. Reevaluate your computer's overall performance, please. It never crashes for me xD

What's with all the IE haters? I used Internet Explorer since I discovered the internet existed, and rarely had problems. Of course... I also had a pretty sucky computer as well...
I could never get used to Firefox. I tried.. we just weren't compatible.
I use Chrome, but it does crash every now and then. I am just blaming it on the fact that it's still fairly new. Other than that.. no complaints.

Other than that.. no complaints. There are quite a few reasons why IE is the worst excuse for a browser. For one, spyware. IE also doesn't render CSS correctly. It doesn't even let you view some websites correctly. Most browsers make it hard for malware to install on your HD without you knowing, but IE doesn't. Ever get a RUNDLL error at start ups? It's probably IE's fault. IE is slow, unreliable, and out of date. Using IE is like sexing someone without a condom. You better suit up!

Thanks for informing me. but I seriously never had any of those problems. Maybe if I did, I just didn't notice, seeing as I don't even know what CSS is. Wow. I feel like such a newb.

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. It's literally a way of styling an entire web page by creating a set of rules that determines the various colours and sizes of different elements. Nearly everything on this board for example -- the background colour of quote boxes, the font size, face and colour, border colours and so forth -- is all set by a single CSS document by default. IE rendering these incorrectly will cause a page to appear differently than intended in IE when compared to other browsers.
IE9 is an improvement, but it still doesn't compare to either FireFox or Chrome. FireFox has the sheer plethora of extensions available, and if you don't need those, Chrome (which has extensions, but not as good of a selection) is an incredibly quick browser that is much safer to use than IE.

I was using Chrome happily for a little while...until for some reason it stopped working for me all together. It crashes every time I open up the browser.
So I switched to Firefox, and I have to say, I've been loving it. I think I like Chrome more, buuuut Firefox is doing me gooood. :]

I use Chrome, but my computer sucks anyway. IE is like a fricken hummer. Uses tons of fuel and can't go the distance.

MWAHAHAHA I BROKE THE TIE BETWEEN FIREFOX AND CHROME
... Although I am slightly downcast because of that; I am a fan of Google and its products, and Chrome is a very good browser

Well Chrome is based off firefox.... so... im goin with chrome cus its so awesome Actually, that isn't true. Chrome is built on the WebKit rendering engine, which was developed by Apple for it's Safari browser.
