Who's adding anyone to the tribe? This is for structure to be able to get things done. If they want to join they can, but no one is going to oversee that. Plus triad members can be IRL friends or SPOTM members.

i think you're onto something here...they don't have to be on the moon...what a lot of people want to accomplish is real world change, and for real world change you need real world social networks...this could be big...

this sounds awesome!!! think how fast news would travel or how quickly decisions could be made! It's a great way to get noobs and the older members together too! THERE'S SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!!!!

I like the idea, and would like to participate... but most of my friends would probably be hesitant to join this kind of triad. They have other things going on, or are not quite as passionate about making the world a better place. (That's not to say that my friends aren't interested in helping those in need, but most of them are busier than I am.)
I'm not sure if this is your intention, or whether you already suggested this idea... (Your descriptions so far are a little bit fuzzy to me?) But it should be required that any triad projects made through this system have to be applicable in the real world, whether the members of these triads are solely SPOTM members or not.
For example: Triad A gets together, and decides that they want to help feed hungry people. They decide that they should all volunteer at a soup kitchen, and/or donate canned food. They document each of their experiences with either video, or a combination of photography and writing. They then come together again, put their respective experiences together, and share this with the tribe.
Is that what you mean?

This is a really awesome idea!! I've always said "why can't we pick who we want in a triad?"

Ok, I see a lot of "This is awesome let's do it" but no one actually stepping up. If we need to we'll take is slowly at first, maybe just a couple of voulenteers. Who's it going to be? this sounds awesome!!! think how fast news would travel or how quickly decisions could be made! It's a great way to get noobs and the older members together too! THERE'S SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!!!! GREAT ENTHUSIASM STEPH!!

*sigh* It doesn't seem like we have any volunteers.
Why does that always happen?
