I'm not entirely sure why YouTube wouldn't make the ability remove it from the screen an option. The greasemonkey script works for me-- it flashes back a few times while loading up, but ultimately seems to die out. I view this as a plus in a technologically morbid kind of way.

At least now the autoplay is automatically set to off.
And to kovac, it's annoying because every video you would have to click at least once, which becomes stupid, annoying, and a hassle since you know that/those click/clicks don't have to be there.

I really find the bar really good, as it helps you find the videos you want to watch, and it really helps as I usually open tabs and watch the videos so it really helps :}. Off Topic - My first post

I'll be updateing my first post because NOW it had definatly changed and i've disabled my greasmonkey script the black boxes at the end of the videos are quite a change as well but manageable

It wouldn't bother me if it didn't pop up every time you pause a video / a video ends. It drove me nuts when it was automatically set to auto play, at least they fixed that. The bar is useless in my eyes.
