We would have to arrange (or vote for Dan to arrange) someone from the GBoWR to come and keep track, otherwise it's not official. You don't have to. There are specific rules on how you can break a record without a GBoWR dude being there (i.e. it has to be properly recorded etc. etc.) So Dan, I guess this forum has made up its mind: 177,737 + 1 pogostick jumps for you He should stick a pedometer onto the pogo stick to keep track. Would that even work? Honestly, I don't think that'll work... Someone will have to count

Maybe it could be most rubix cubes solved while pogosticking. Although, I'm not sure if Guinness World Records are that specific. I think theres some potential in this...

You could try breaking the world record for fastest Rubik's cube solve using the beginners method (the one you show in your famours how to solve a rubik's cube video).

i like the idea of longest webcast, but i also think that we should do one as a community as that is what Dan 3.0 is about, i like the idea of most people solving rubiks cubes in one place at one time. i didnt come up with any of these but others mentioned them and either seem good, attainable and interesting. I like this one... The "how to solve" Rubik cube video is the most popular of Dan's videos... And the purpose of the video is to teach people how to solve that cube! So it make sense that the "pogotribe" congregate at one place to break that kind of world record that otherwise could not be achieved without Dan's "help" It doesn't need any special physical training... So.. almost anyone can do it!, besides it seems much fun to me.. P.D. English Isn't my mother language xD I'm sorry for my bad english... But I think you'll understand what im tried to say

I'm going with sticking to the pogosticking idea. Stick with what works best, I guess.

Whilst the pogosticking idea is strong it will be very strenuous and time consuming so I have two suggestions: Longest continuous webcast Most Rubiks cubes solved on a pogostick <<< My favourite idea!

If it's not the pogostick record then do what Dan 3.0 is about VIDEO BLOGGING. You might do something like longest video blog or most time on livestream

I think that pogostick can be envolved, like, more people pogosticking in the same area, like a pogotribe meet + this.

I think that pogostick can be envolved, like, more people pogosticking in the same area, like a pogotribe meet + this. I had proposed something that allows us to all get together and watch it happen. Here's the post, quoted. Here's my idea, which we can all change/adjust/shoot down as we go. Break three records at once. I've seen them all talked about in this thread, but I say we break them all in one go. The three records; most consecutive pogo stick jumps, longest webcast and longest YouTube video can all be broken at one time. Simply host an event (if you wanted to do it in Lincoln, that wouldn't be a bad plan. It's very central to the country) in which you attempt to jump at least 177,738 times, broadcast a live feed to Ustream, BlogTV or Livestream (or a similar site) as well as record that feed (or have another, higher res camera, set up to do it) at the same time. Assuming you jumped at a rate of 120jpm, that would be 24 hours and 40 minutes. I already mentioned this earlier, but I think an event in Lincoln sometime in the spring would be good. It would give time for training and planning. I've planned events before, so if everyone likes the idea I would be happy to lend a hand in planning an event like this. Thoughts?

You should go for something a little easier if you have to be on the pogostick for like 2 days I think that's a little too much effort

Personally, I think something that involves either pogosticking, or Rubik's cubes, or even both, is what he should be doing. I think it would be much easier for him to do something he likes to do and is already good at than trying to do something radically new for him, such as "longest vlog/webcast" etc. So I has to say I vote for: - Dan's idea
- "Most Rubik's cubes solved while pogosticking" or "fastest solved Rubik's cube while pogosticking"
