Agreed a group idea would be great but that would mean either using the internet of which bandwidth is definitely an issue or having a massive gathering, of which I (based in the UK) have no means of getting to =(.
If there is one you could try, maybe the most pogo bounces in a minute?
If he does try to do the most consecutive pogo bounces then we'll need to start him on a weekly training schedule. Something for the moderator module??
My friend is going to try and climb everest - if she manages she will be the youngest girl in the UK to ever have done it. Here's her current training stuff (if indeed you can compare the two):
Training Log:
Saturday: 22km run
Sunday: Rest day (short cycle ride)
Monday: 2 hours gym
1 hour swimming
Thursday: 1 hour gym (personal training session)
1 hour swim
Friday: Hill running
Sunday: 2 hour gym session
1 hour swim
Monday: REST DAY (shopping for Baruntse expedition kit!!)
Tuesday: 1 hour track session- conditioning, pyramid drill
(600m, 500m, 400m......100m, 200m,.....600m)
1 hour swimming
Wednesday: 14 mile/4.5 hour hike with 30lb rucksack
Thursday: 2 hour gym session,
30 minutes swimming
Friday: Hill running
Saturday: Aquathon
5 kilometre race (just after finishing the aquathon!!)
Sunday: 60 kilometre bike ride
Monday: 2 hours gym
30 minute swim
Tuesday: 1 hour track conditioning (followed by 400m + 200m x8)
1 hour swimming
Wednesday: 2 hour gym session
30 minute swim
Basically just lots of constant exercise =)
Hope this helps
