I think we're still a three. In the short time I looked around here, I saw a lot of people posting awesome ideas etc, but I also saw that a lot of those people don't seem interested in what other people say...

but the question is: is it really necassery that we ALL act on the same level? like Dan said in one of his pogotok videos (i think number 2 or 3...) it can be possible that different people act on different levels and so if one triad for example is acting on level 4 another one can act on level 5 and they are still in the same tribe.

true, but people need to listen to each others ideas imo. you can't have improvement without different ideas and discussion

Yes, i absolutely agree with that! what i'm saying is that there can be people that already have progressed more than others and they can be in the same tribe. but they probably wouldn't be able to act together, so would this just split up the tribe into different sections? what do you think?

ah, that is true, sorry I am slightly drunk, so I'm not reading stuff that good atm.. I think that it would be the "job" of the higher level members to accomodate the lower level members, if there would be such a difference. But tbh, I don't think that we need to look at people's level, but at the tribe in genera, so the community itself.

tbh, I don't think it's the individual people you need to look at, but the relation and the communication between those people. The way they act towards each other is way more significant than how they actually are. again, that's what I think in this infatuated mind

right, interation is more important than people themselves, we should always bear that in mind. that's why we don't even need dan anymore!

I personally think that Level 5 is impossible. I think that human nature prevents us from reaching Level 5.

I've been here a few hours and only one person has been rude to me and I think it might have been accidental.. so so far it's better than most message boards.

;D If we are not all together at a level, we are still at a level that includes the lowest levels of communicating, right? [Just think, level 4 it's not all about yourself, so if people are talking about how they are great, you are there, participating. If we participate from the view of a higher level and take on supporting everyone in how great they are, there will be movement to become a higher level--we would catch it from each other. It shows up all of the time: what level you are speaking from. I think the triads are all about personally having an environment to be at a higher level.] And we can have tribes inside of the whole number of us, no matter that we all add up to be larger than a tribe, right?

They can think on a certain level, but as long as the whole tribe isn't a certain level, neither can an individual member of the tribe be..

I think we're still at a stage three in some ways, but definitely approaching stage four. A large group of the members seem to be pretty enthusiastic about the triading process. We already have exceeded the amount of volunteers we set as a goal for the second round, and after only two days of the thread being opened! I'd say that's something that would be impossible for a stage three tribe, unless they really were on the verge of stage four.

I think the community is trying to be a 4 but we're still a bit egocentric and preoccupied with "winning" or "being right" rather then more free exchanges of ideas.
we're getting there though. I see the light braking through. I think the new triads will definitely bring that life that could send us over the top.
I voted 3

There's always the two stage bonus we give ourselves to be considered. I reckon we're 3 though

Well as Dan said a few weeks ago in the Pogotok - while we were at Stage 4 for quite a while, some of us bought it down to Stage 3. But now things have been sorted out - I wonder if we are back to Stage 4 or not.
I certainly haven't seen any Stage 3-like behaviour recently!

And yes, this is fairly true. I feel the community would work even better (because it's great already) if there was more responding to other people's posts rather than just saying your own opinion. Of course there's plenty of responding already - but there could be more!
