This is the thread for the 2nd generation Triad #5 THE PEOPLE FROM THE DRYER! In other words, this is a thread for Kevinguy247, Kernoll, and me! EDIT: Okay, so, the point of the first week was to get to know eachother. We learned that We're within the same age range (Me: 14 Kevin: 16 and Kernoll: 16) which is pretty awesome and we also learned that kernoll (or Jake, as we call him) lives in the Czech Republic which has a six hour time difference from Kevin and I [NOTE: That sentence probably wasn't worded correctly. I'm typing this around five in the morning. Bear with me, here]. Really, we just learned a lot about each other from talking on Skype and looking at each other's wiki pages. Here's a link to our triad wiki page (which has links to each of our personal wiki pages): southpoleofthemoon.com/wiki/index.php?title=The_People_from_the_DryerEDIT 2: WE HAVE A PROJECT NOW! pogotribe.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=triads&action=display&thread=1757

Hey triad members! I hope you guys check this at some point in time...maybe tomorrow or something. I know we already talked about the MAJOR time difference between us, but I'm trying to figure things out. Okay, Kevin, I don't know if you figured this out (or bothered to figure it out), but I THINK Jake is 6 hours ahead of us time-wise. I know we could always check back at the forum, but I'm trying to figure out if there's a time we can all Skype. If not, we can figure something out. It all depends on sleep schedules and whatnot. I can use Skype on my laptop at school, so I could probably get on during study hall (11:00-11:40 am) sometimes to talk to Jake if he's available, then transfer ideas and stuff to Kevin, or just post the general idea of conversations onto our thread. Also, I have an idea for a banner if you guys like it, but I'll have to scan it into my computer and mess with it a little. It's pretty cool, though. I got it from the thing that Kevin said (or I think it was him) about how "The People from the Dryer" sounded like a sci-fi 50's horror film. Wow. I didn't mean for this post to be so long. Haha. Just tell me what you guys think when you see this.

If i am 6 hours ahead it wont be problem for me to be on skype from 17:00-17:40 of european time. Upload the banner to our wiki and we can discuss it here. Exept wednesdays. And it wont be problem to be on skype at time we were talking yesterday.

Oh, okay, good. And I'll upload the banner once I scan it ontop my computer and color it. I would've done it last night, but I started to feel sick and went to be early. Then I woke up in the middle of the night and...well, long story short, I didn't get it done.

I wont be able to discuss it on skype today (too tired so ill go to bed early) so here is what i wanted to tell you. The eyes would be much better if they werent spuinting. They should look directly at you when you are loking at it. People would think that we are retarded or something. And edges could be more smooth...

I'm not the best with computer art, but I'll work on it some more when I get the time, but I don't exactly understand what you mean by the squinting. Are you talkingf about making the eyes more rounded or changing the little white spots? If it's the first thing I said, then I did it because I wanted to give it the kind of "horror" look to fit with the text.
