LMAO...seriously...that is hilarious. Whether they are made up or not has nothing to do with it D= Also, even by your own definition, I wouldn't be so sure about the white chocolate being an oxymoron. And, Beneficial concert for the deaf seems more of an amphibology than an oxymoron, it seems like you are playing with the way the phrase should be understood in the first place, but still, I think it can be taken as an oxymoron. My point about oxymorons is just that they can't be anything. Like I can't just say "look at that fat skinny guy" "fat skinny" isn't an oxymoron, and if it is, it's just a really stupid one. I wouldn't consider it one. Oxymorons are just two words that contradict each other. Like... military intelligence (as a joke, obviously) Giant dwarf and True lies.

Alas, that love, whose view is muffled still Should, without eyes, see pathways to his will Where shall we dine? Oh me! What fray was here? Yet tell me not for I have heard it all. Here's much to do with hate but more with love. Why then, O brawling love! Loving hate! O Anything of nothing first create! O heavy lightness! Serious vanity! Misshapen chaos of well seeming forms! Feather of lead, bright smoke, cold fire, sick health! Still-waking sleep; that is not what it is! This love feel I, that feel no love in this. Dost though not laugh?

Oh, right, sorry about that ;D I still don't think white chocolate is an oxymoron 0.0... Well actually I said "By your own definition" +, if you think that the social convention is that chocolate has to be brown (brown being an inherent propierty of chocolate according to this), then I suppose "white chocolate" can be an oxymoron. Maybe I just live on a too non-chocolatist society I am also not allowed to debate anymore ;D. So I'll just say that I stand by the definition I gave. Also, the thing about oxymorons is actually merging the two supposedly/seemingly/actually contradictory or incompatible words/concepts to make a new one, I think anything that fulfills that condition may be an oxymoron. ... So that's how blind people feel. In the end, darkness had illuminated me.

If Jumbo Shrimp is an oxymoron, white chocolate is.
I never understood the jumbo shrimp thing. It is so commonly used as an example... Why not dim light, living dead, or bittersweet? Just Jumbo Shrimp...

Is just that I don't see brown as an inherent unique characteristic of chocolate, therefore, at least for me, white chocolate sounds perectly natural (grammatically natural too) or at least nothing contradictory or paradoxical . Shrimp: (WordReference), I don't really like that example either, but yeah, it can be.

Jumbo=Big. Shrimp=Small. see Not quite. Jumbo = big, Shrimp = Aquatic animal that is small compared to humans. A Jumbo shrimp is just a shrimp that is a tad bigger than normal.

Sonnuva bitch, WHEN SAYING "SHRIMP" I AM REFERRING TO THE DEROGATORY TERM USED TO DESCRIBE SOMEONE SHORTER THAN AVERAGE, NOT THE "Aquatic animal that is small compared to humans"!
K? What did I say about arguing? This isn't debate club. If you really want to start a discussion about grammar, go make a thread in the aforementioned section.
