But what pisses me off is when people who can do something dont. At the very least you could be saying "okay guys lets figure out what we are going to do." and people would listen to you because you are our leaders, and if you arent able to do that, then whats the point of having admins? Isn't that more or less what they are doing with the noble cause things? Also there are some threads that are trying to do just that (figure out something to do), I remember Ricky did one, Rob recently did one too ( pogotribe.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=2&action=display&thread=5569 ), the Phoenix project was an attempt to do something, and Bomb also tried to arrange some sort of a real life project.

What Im saying is those things are dead. They stopped the Noble Cause discusions and thats what Im saying they should start up again. And What Im talking about with power, if the admins really pushed the real life projects idea, then it would happen. If I tried, Id just be another voice in the crowd. People need leaders to motivate them, to constantly harp on them, not letting down. Forcing the project to get done. The admins have the voice and means to get the attention of the whole tribe.

k, picnic, you're being pretty dumb. Just because you're not an mod or admin doesn't mean you're not respected or you hold no power. That's ridiculous. I don't respect anyone on these forums more than I do anyone else. Projects have nothing to do with who came up with the idea, who is running them, who is participating, etc. and everything to do with what the project is.
You've, quite clearly, always wanted to be an admin or a mod. That's ridiculous. All that would accomplish is boosting your self-confidence... and really, someone who gains confidence with "power" usually isn't the best person to have power. Being a admin/mod isn't going to make you any better. You so obviously believing that is getting very old. Sorry, but stop it.
...Ok. This has already been addressed. The Noble Quest has been put on hold because we finished the first "stage." Rob needed time to prepare for the next one, get everything in order, and make sure he knows how to properly direct things. We freaking have lives. If you have so much time complain about this, why don't YOU hold a live show? Or just make a thread? Why does an admin have to do it? Because you're so caught up in believing the bullshit that admins have a louder voice?
Seriously about to use Bug Buzz on you or something, foo'.

OK... I arrived a bit late And what I'm saying is not that you can magically make members appear, nor that you have magical powers. But you have a voice. Everyone has a voice. The red/purple text on someone's name isn't an awesome-o-meter. But if I would want to implement an idea, I couldn't really get people to rally behind it. Speak up! ask for help! Don't just dump the idea. I've accepted that Im going to be just a member, thats okay. But what pisses me off is when people who can do something dont. At the very least you could be saying "okay guys lets figure out what we are going to do." and people would listen to you because you are our leaders, and if you arent able to do that, then whats the point of having admins? If you actually want to be heard, you will be. What you're saying is that an admin gets a bigger voice outside the forums, and that's not exactly true. Everyone has a voice in the real world, but it's equal to yours. They can't just post a tweet and increase the member count by the hundreds. Set your ideas in motion (as you already did), but never let yourself get pessimistic. That's the worst thing you can do if you want this place to get better.
