Well, the captain said they act like regular humans. I assume unless the human is afraid of water, the vampire isn't either

OOC: Am I really the only one who suspected that twist?
Clues towards the twist - Nancy is related to Kevak....sound like something familiar? As soon as I saw in the story the part about everyone being related to the vampire attack 60 years earlier I was like...wait a sec - he's gonna tie this directly to the last vamp game. He was also keeping his name a secret...the only reason to do that was because he wanted to throw in a twist with his name. I really think it's some epic foreshadowing on Kevak's part - enough to blow your mind if you didn't catch all the clues - but enough clues that you might be able to catch it.
IC: So...I guess nobody likes my logic? Hmm, this could get interesting.

OOC: Interesting how Kev and Nancy have been related in each. Wait, so Nancy in a sense is still a decedent of Nancy (well we can tell this one. We're all decedents of out past selves... wait what?

OOC: ...er - the last game I was a priest. Nancy never specified, but I assumed I was a Catholic priest - they tend to not have descendants

OOC: You might be related by nephewhood.

OOC: Exactly. Devin Bianchi was the nephew of Olivia Bianchi, from a cousin. In my story, Olivia had killed her own cousin's family in one of her rampages. Devin survived and was asked to follow her to her journeys. That's why he killed her in the end. Still, Laurie Reed is a descendant of Olivia Bianchi, but if she is his granddaughter, this means that he had kids and his kids had kids too, so yeah. The different name may be because of a father with a different name.

Laurie heard every word from everyone and then lowered her hand, before reaching for her bag of tobacco. "I know that I will regret this, but I will retract my vote. I will keep an eye on you though, Mr. Johnson. Even if you end up being a vampire, I doubt that you'll be able to attack me. I am more than meets the eye. I will let you know what I have in my mind once I hear more opinions."

This obviously points to someone who did not believe Captain Bianchi from the very beginning, and even mocked him when he first mentioned vampires. Namely Mr. Toby Brown.
The crime scene is also established to be the kitchen. Mr. Brown's obsession with cleaning might be what led him here in the first place. Just think about it:
The thought of all those dirty plates and glasses from the party might have haunted his mind in the night, keeping him from sleeping until he ventured to the kitchen to do the dishes.
My theory is that this is when the vampire assaulted him. Turning him into a vampire. As Mr. Brown realized what had happened and found his own blood running down his neck, he decided to admit being wrong, but also mocking the captain in the form of bloody wrighting on the wall, After which he escaped the scene.'
My vote goes to Mr. Toby Brown.

Are you saying Mr. Brown was the one just changed? Why would he stick arpud after he was changed to write the message? He could be the original one though

Sounds to me like whoever wrote it did not already believe the captain. Hence the "Turns out"-part.¨
Now, what could make a man suddenly believe in vampires? How about if he had just been changed into one?

OOC: Aust may be a vampire, but we cannot take his words as clues. He was just roleplaying, just so you know. OOC: I voted for Tony, not Aust.

OOC: he is not the GM, so he cannot make clues. diregard that. IC: Whait a minute here. blood is gross...and dirty, why on earth would i stick my hands in that stuff. Also, I was here the whole time. And of course I didn't beleive in vampires, they are a thing of myth, not reality. for all we know this is a sinister prank by the captains behalf!
If you want to kill me, kill me with my great-uncles sword. He was an old blacksmith way back when... filthy profession if you ask me. Ironically, He took a stand not to dissimilar way back when, only to be murdered the next day... two bullet wounds to the neck. I still have his old armor at home.

Hmm, in listening to the debate going on I hear some rather lame pulls at information and adding of details. Perhaps, we should stick with the facts and not add our own stories Dr. Lewis? Mr. Brown is a clean freak - though he might have had reason to be in the kitchen, he had better reason to be in his bathroom cleaning himself. Also, as a clean freak why on earth would he stick his hands in blood? I wouldn't stick my hands in blood and I live in a dump - I touch dirty things all the time.
Whoever did this is taunting us. Taunts are cocky...we only know one person who's really cocky. Also, this:
Mr. Landon was wrong about vampires. And Captain Bianchi was right....turns out you were right captain? I really do think this one is cut and dry.
OOC: I do like Pink Floyd, I have to, in character, be apathetic about everything though. Which in terms of music is really hard - especially since I've only ever heard about 10 bad songs in my entire 20 years of life. So don't go voting to kill me because I had to RP.
