So hows Dan training for this? .... .... =/ .... .... Well I'll give you guys my opinion, hopefully Dan will see this, or perhaps he already knows about this. Dan you should train doing high intensity interval training. If you just do aerobic exercises (e.g., jumping on the pogostick for 1+ a few days/week) you'll burn yourself out, lose muscle and put on fat---the exact opposite outcome I'm sure you want from your training. So I just wanted to throw that out there.... High intensity interval training, it's quick, it's fun, and it works. Check it out.(I can't help but sound like I'm selling something... lol) Oh and you should also watch your diet! Good Luck!

In that case you can't take pain killers... that's doping.
