It's fine - let's just say I'm a Shinto priest, so that re-writes aren't needed for both my character and sara's

But then - because this is IRELAND, there are no other sects. Um. Yes there are. Like, all of them. O.o Nor, you could call it Inisheeha (phonetic form of Inis Oíche) which means Island of the night? Or Inishlaw (Inis Lá) Island of the day. Or Inishgalach (Inis Gealach) Island of the moon. Ooooor... Inishfola (Inis Fola) Island of blood. Or Inisbas (Inis Bás - long A) Island of Death... Or if you dont like the whole 'Island of the' thing, you could just check out a map of Ireland and pick someplace =P There's an island called Bear Haven off the southwest coast and the main town is called Castletownbear. That might be a good name? I dunno, just throwing things out =P

There. I changed some of the names, and I'm starting writing the story now.

Isn't the reverend/father/religious authority figure from The Simpsons married? ... Just saying.

Yeah, but The Simpsons go to a fictional church in a fictional religion.

I don't think there are many Shintoists in Ireland...

Story time ____________________________________________________ Some people say that angels radiate light. If this is true, then there were no angels in Inishgalach that night. The sun had disappeared beyond the horizon and the only sound that could be heard was the sound of Officer Hughes patrolling the streets. The lack of sound was not uncommon for the village, as the cheerful laughter and singing usually died down once the pub had closed for the night. It was a chilly night, and Officer Hughes could feel the cold air bite his skin through his winter coat. After a couple of minutes of walking around town, he once again arrived at the police station. He took out a pocket watch from his coat. It was 1:59 am. He started walking toward the station, longing for the heat of the fireplace and a good night's sleep. Just as he reached for the door handle, the bell of the clock tower sounded it's first strike. “Just on time.” Hughes told himself as the second strike sounded, and opened the door. Suddenly a horrible sound was heard across the village. It did not last long, but Hughes was certain that it was a scream. A muffled scream, as if someone was covering someones mouth. He stood frozen for a second, but quickly shut the door and started running toward the origin of the voice, the village square. The square was empty, but it seemed the Officer had not been the only one hearing the scream. A light had been lit in the Watkins residence, and he recognized the bearded face of Captain Flynn looking down on the street from his bedroom window. Lights began to appear in several windows as Hughes looked around. Suddenly something caught his eyes. He hurried over to the well in the middle of the square, and got down on one knee. A large pool of blood was slowly running down the cracks in the cobblestones covering the square. “What in Gods holy name is going on down there?” Captain Flynn's gruff voice had broken the silence of the moment. Hughes did not know, but whatever it was, it could not be good. ____________________________________________________ Alright. Someone was turned into a vampire. Time for you to vote for a lynch. You can always vote for a "No Lynch", but after this first vote, No Lynch=No Story=No Clues like I stated in the signups. ____________________________________________________ Jackson/Shane White [0] Lyserg/Craig Murray [0] Freddy/Dr. Friedrich Schreiber [0] Zang/John Collins [0] Vichilux/Amy Maguire [0] Kevak/Christopher “Flounder” Flynn [0] Tony/Benjamin Hughes [0] Aüst/Father Andrew O'Neill [0] Ryan/Cameron Quinn [0] SwimFellow/Richard Burke [0] Nancy/Laura Doyle [0] Quinn/Martin Maguire [0] Jean/Johanna Watkins [0] Sarawhatwho/Clara O'Neill [0] ____________________________________________________ Vote will end on Thursday at 6:00 pm, and I'll post the story as soon as I can after that.

Well, we know Officer Hughes is nice and innocent - but Captain Flynn is not quite suspicious looking.
Not really much to go on though.

Stupid decision. He heard the scream, then appeared at the window. Nothing is suspicious about that. For no, I doubt that he'd be a vamp.
