Every time I try to post a response to any of Dan Brown's videos, I'm just whimsically dismissed. I wonder why that is. Does he think I'm not smart enough to carry on a conversation with? Or can't he handle an opinion that he doesn't agree with? Or maybe he feels threatened by someone who he can't lead. Well whatever the case may be, I fully intend to post more and more videos on my channel. And I will continue to shout until my voice is heard loud and clear all over the world.

Please link your channel.
Also, you're not being ignored. There are thousands of people replying to Dan. He only mentions a few. Your reply probably hasn't been selected because your arguments weren't as good as those others presented. Unless you link us your channel, we can't see for ourselves. But one thing is for sure, Dan is not afraid of you or your opinion.

Dan wouldn't ignore somebody on purpose. Like Click3ty said, he has a bunch of responses and he picks the best ones. Please don't post here out of hostility. I can appreciate that you want to be heard, but try to go about it in a more positive way. Maybe you can share your channel here, in the Youtube account thread.

Well, you're not being ignored now!
I think once you get into the swing of things here, you'll really like it. There are plenty of wonderful people here to comment on your ideas and maybe even spark new ones. You'll never be left out or swept under the rug. Plus, Dan posts a lot of thing that address the whole Tribe, so even though he might not respond to you individually, he does care and he does listen.
If you are looking for an individual response from Dan, keep at it. If Dan doesn't respond right away, it doesn't make your ideas any less valid, he just gets A LOT of responses. I'm sure he's not intentionally ignoring you.
Anyway, welcome to the Tribe, I'm Andromeda. Hope to see you around!

Maybe I came off as being a little hostile. Oh who am I kidding. I came off as very hostile, which wasn't my intent. I can assure everyone that Dan Brown isn't the first person that I felt ignored me. I've had this most of my life. I guess I just decided one day that I wasn't going to be stomped on anymore. So I hope everyone forgives me for my pent up hostility. A person can only be trompled on so many times in life before they explode. Thankfully everyone has shown me that I won't be trompled on anymore.

I won't be trompled on anymore. "Trompled" - Not a word. But I see your point.

He can't respond to everyone. Just keep at it. Take all oppurtunities, video responses isn't the only way to speak to him. There are his live shows, twitter, e-mail, etc. Although I think he said he doesn't read his e-mails much anymore. Anyway, yeah, just keep at it.
Also, Dan isn't the only one that would like to hear your opinion. If you think there's a debate in it, start a debate in the debate section, and maybe link to your video in it... etc.

Some people have asked me who my target audience is. Basically I'm targeting two kinds of people. The first are those who find it difficult to obtain gainful employment just because they lack a high level education. I want to do my part to put as many people back to work as possible. Hopefully, if I am successful, the only homeless people that will be on the street once I'm finished will be the minnie-the-moochers. So what is a minne-the-moocher? These kind of people are the kind that sponge off of other people and never contribute anything to society. They have no desire to pursue any gainful employment. They deliberately become a burdon to the public welfare system. So it is my intent to separate the people who are poor because of unfortunate circumstances from those who are minnie-the-moochers. Once these two groups of people are successfully separated, then it's my intent to find some way to cut off the minne-the-moochers. Maybe if the minnie-the-moochers starve long enough, they will change their ways and I can help them find gainful employment also.
The other people I wish to help are the kids who are having trouble with their homework. I know there are places like Sylvan and Hunninton learning centers around town, but there are two disadvantages to both services. The first disadvantage is that they can be pricy. And that won't work for the working poor. The second is that they aren't open 24/7. That means I can be there when they can't.
There is also a disadvantage to Sylvan and Hunnington learning centers. Neither teach Latin, Italian, Euclid's Elements, or high end computer tech. I do. That's why I'm here.
So feel free, everyone, to tell me what you think about that. I would love to hear from you.

You know, this isn't the best way to advertise yourself.

Hmmm... checked out your channel. *constructive criticism time*
You have a LOT of videos. It's not a bad thing (actually, it's probably a great thing), but it can be an overwhelming thing for your viewers. I know you label your videos really well, but maybe grouping related videos in a category would help navigation a tiddlybit.
I think your purpose behind the videos is really noble and I hope you continue your work. Teachers are wonderful (and under-appreciated) beings. Dan has talked about using the Internet to make information available to all through Wiki, Youtube, etc. and I think you're really helping that idea to come true. You present a lot of information that you can't usually learn online.
Just to run off Karsone for a sec, don't use the Tribe as an advertisement. While it is a good place to get your ideas out to a larger audience, it shouldn't be abused. *warning time* If you're not interested in the community, we're not interested in you! *un-warning* So... yeah. Welcome to the Moon!

Here's a thought. How can helping people obtain gainful employment through receiving free education not interest your tribe? I'm not adevertising, I'm sharing. And I'm sorry you can't see that for yourself. Putting people back to work in the fastest way possible is one of my primary goals. And if that doesn't interest your tribe, I don't know what does.

I could care less whether all the tribe members know about my YouTube channel. But what I do care about is whether every homeless shelter across America knows about my channel. I want every library across America to know about my channel. And I want every school across America to know about my TeacherTube channel. That way every homeless person and every student can reap the benefits of my work. I fully intend to put enough education on both channels to restore our economy and make the world a better place. That should come as quite a shock to Thunderfoot. I may be a little disorganized, but I will continue my mission as long as I live. No longer will someone come up to me and ask me which slot of a digital kiosk they should put their 35mm camera.
