Currently I tend a University in Providence, RI which I will leave unnamed for now. Unfortunately, they DON'T recycle (retarded amirite?). Everything just gets dumped in the trash. I know food services recycles some things but the university as a whole is very behind on the times.
Personally I find this atrocious and I would love to push for recycling in every dormitory, in outdoor receptacles, in every classroom, and beside every printer.
The question (basically why I'm here) is how can I fix this? I want to develop a course of action before I actually start on this project.
So...PogoTribers
Any suggestions/ideas?

To reply to myself, I've researched a bit and pulled these two websites that may be of use. www.rirrc.org/www.rirecyclingclub.org/The RI recycling club doesn't target colleges, but I don't see why they wouldn't be of support.
