(I feel this is the right section for it) For those living under a rock: Egypt is currently in the midst of a pretty massive state of revolt and civil disobedience. I won't go into detail, because Wikipedia has ti covered pretty nicelySuffice to say, it's a sure thing that Egypt is in the midst of a revolution. Thing is - this terrifies me. I am so worried by this. I mean - yes, it's a good thing that a dictator is being removed from power, and government reform is more then likely on the way. On the other hand - the reason martial law was declared in the first place was because of Islamic extremists. Whom are all over the place in the marches. There is a very real possibility that somebody who actively supports an Arab-Israeli war will rise to power. My concern is this - the last time there was a major conflict in Israel (not counting the Six-Days war) was the Suez crisis - which almost led to a World War. If the new Egyptian leader was actively against Egypt-Israel peace, there could be another conflict, which could lead to WW3. What do you guys think? Am I paranoid? Or are my concerns legitimate?

If muslim brotherhood gets into power it may be Iran all over again. We have to remember that the "democracy" that will be born there may not be the same kind of democracy we all know and love. 10% of the population is already persecuded because they are christians, and that's without a radical Islamic based government. Also, Yemen is another place that I am worried about, it is likely that a new government there will give birth to Islamic laws. So what should we do about it? Be active in the political arena, back the right people, and get Israel to back the rest
