It seems pretty awesome!
EDIT One question: Will anyone in a triad ever be "recycled" into a different triad?

I would join a triad...thing... but I don't stick with things to the end, and I'm really lazy... *looks over shoulder to see 3 unfinished jigsaw puzzles, 5 unfinished books that I really should finish reading, a binder full of unfinished and late school assignments, and a folder filled with unfinished drawings* so...I just won't even try, for the sake of anyone who wants to join a triad.

Hey, at least you're honest.

There's something that I don't really understand. How will the new triads be formed?

^according to the video, the "teaching" triads would form those

Yes, but randomly? Or are they free to choose whoever they want for the triads?

well, Dan said he wanted to see where thing went, so I think it's up to the existing triads to decide how they will handle things

I think they should put all the volunteers names into a hat and then pull out in pairs of 3.

I think they should put all the volunteers names into a hat and then pull out in pairs of 3. The point is to meet with random people, so I agree this way would be the best way. I would also like to volunteer, if you Senior Triads are keeping track via this thread
