Just 5, 6 and 8. Blindness only immunizes you to one particular aspect of this movie lol.

The films are just rubbish, they're so bad that it's almost impossible to make jokes about them (almost) The books are alright if you just want an easy read that you don't really need tot hink about much and you have the ability to ignore how they are teaching an entire generation that you should do pretty much anything to get a man (including putting yourself and your life at risk), and that it's not creepy for someone to sneak into your house and watch you sleep. If you want a mindless read that's still enjoyable I'd much rather suggest Piers Anthony's Xanth series (for comedy) or Brian Jacques' Redwall series (for black & white good vs evil heroism).

The movies were alright but I think they totally butchered the books. I liked the books. Yeah you heard me. or Brian Jacques' Redwall series (for black & white good vs evil heroism). I used to read those but then I got sick of reading through 2 pages worth of describing a load of food every chapter. Made me hungry =(

VAMPIRES. DO. NOT. SPARKLE. nod nod. i strongly disagree with the fail contained in these books. proud member of this community... theantitwilightmovement.webs.com/ im dying to see Yahtzee cover this o.o im actually trying to find copys of them that i dont have to pay for, so i can write in the book and insert my own opinions, and quote things. but i cant justify giving someone money for bad fanfic.

I read the first book. I read the rest of the books' summaries on Wikipedia. I lost a bit of my soul. I'm still in rehabilitation.

I'm fine with the books, but the movies? If it was guys watching topless women they would be labeled perverts, but since its girls watching topless guys its all good?
With that said I dont find a problem with girls watching twilight movies.

It's just really bad. I mean, that's all I can say. I kind of lose respect towards people who like it, just because it let's me know that they just have terrible taste in literature. The story line is so cliche and juvenile, it's like Meyer through every teen fiction romance novel in a blender and SHIRT this out.

Judging from what you put as your Location (Being Hogwarts), I'd presume that you're a Harry Potter fan? Whether we're talking about the books or movies, the overall theme is just as cliche as Twilight. I mean, really. It's the classic "Good Guys vs. Bad Guys". It's "The Besieged Protagonist vs. The Evil Villain". The wizards and witches wield wands, ride brooms, and chant magic words. Professor Mcgonagall wears a witch hat and Professor Dumbledore wears a pointy wizard cap. How cliche can you really get? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the Harry Potter series. I'm just making a point. Notice that a lot of movies we love are very cliche?

Notice that a lot of movies we love are very cliche? Yes it is cliche in the good guy - bad guy sense, but the book was also a BAZILLION times better than twilight. Plus, although it did have its cliche moments, it was rather creative, wouldn't you agree? I think that Rowling wanted to keep the classic wizard stereotypes in without making it too corny.

Well, I can't say anything really bad about the movies. Decent enough to watch a first time, but nothing that great to talk about.
