South Pole of the Moon Film Festival (OPEN)

Hello, first of all I want to thank those people who helped me with the planning stage/will be judging.

Anyway, I am announcing the 2010 South Pole of the Moon Film Festival!

This will be one big festival. We are going to create a youtube group for it. This post will be updated as we get closer. The last week of June(M-F) will be the week for uploading and submitting.

Categories:Overall theme of "Pogotribe Values". Four categories are: Comedy-Solo, Drama-Solo, Comedy-Collab, Drama-Collab.
(NOTE: Collab means with another member of the tribe. Solo videos can have other people not in the pogotribe.)


RULES:
-You will have two months for creating.
-Time limit is 30sec-5min
-One entry per category
-The judging will be as follows;
50%Judges input, 50% Popular Vote.


Prizes: TBA(IT WILL BE AWESOME, PROMISE)

I am slightly inclined to make a comedy (solo). Does this mean I could use a friend from my school who is NOT on the forums?

Yes, solo is for videos with only one member of the tribe. Non members wouldn't count as collab

Judging is fine, lets just hope there is something to judge.


Remember guys it's a film FESTIVAL, sure winning is cool, but the important thing is taking part. If you have any idea, run with it! See where it takes you!
If you've no idea but can edit, offer your services to someone who has an idea but can't edit. That way it's a collab. This should be fun and bring the community together! Get on it!
