Maybe the Skype chat sucks because you don't do anything about it. Why not start a discussion, or have people watch a topical video and talk about it? The world is your oyster. Like we tell the kids at work "only boring people get bored"

That is a very good point. I mean, if you complain about something, it means you want someone or something else to fix it for you. Sure, you should complain about things like McDonalds doing a bad burger that made you and your toilet BFF's for a week, but when it is something that is in your control, you need to do something about it yourself. People who complain about things they can easily fix are either lazy, or too rich.

In case you didn't notice, I was being sarcastic. Read the post again, but wear your smart hat this time.

Uh, it will be a while, I think. Why? Tough decision? And no offense but you guys suck with dates. You fail at estimating when it will be announced.

Yes, tough decision. Also, we're short one person (Mike) and we can't make the decision without him. Besides that, it's proving rather difficult to have a call that every admin attends.
Why should I give an estimate? Why does "when" even matter?

It should take as long as it takes. You don't want the admins to rush their decision and have "ObViOUSTrooollllllLoloolo0o0l0112944@)$("!()@" become and admin and change the colour scheme to look like this, now, would you? info.sonicretro.org/images/3/39/Sonic_and_Tails_in_Paynt.pngDo you want that to happen? Also, not that it would ever happen, of course.

I never said you should, take your time. I'm happy you guys are choosing all together. All I meant was you should tell people yo are tsing your time instead of giving an estimate, because you faIl at it.

I said sometime in June. I was hoping to get them done this week, but I said no promises, meaning that it was a hope but not a deadline.
Telling us we fail because we don't meet a date which we didn't even set in stone is very mature of you.
Would you rather us make a decision without all of the admins? Because people flipped out last time our decision wasn't unanimous. So no, we're not failing. We're being careful.
The only concrete date we've given is sometime in June, and it's only June 4th.

Plus, who even said it'd be this year? They said June. Could be June 2010, could be June 2011, could be June 10295!

It was supposed to be taken as "oh haha yea but we weren't even sure what date but yea, we fail" like a frigging joke. Did I ever say that you guys set it in stone? No, I said you said hopefully, and I know that you are taking your time because you don't want to mess up. I get it, no need to call me immature, that acctually makes me feel bad.
