OK, being a guy who has run quite a few forums during his web time, I have noticed that there is only admins running everything. While this isn't completely negative, I don't clearly see any moderators. Now, I could be wrong, but it looks like only admins. In order to make workflow for the admins more...balanced, so that they can focus on the administrative side, has there been any inkling from the staff that they would like to add moderators? If not, this could help out with the flow of the forums and make things easier to organize. What do you guys think?

*explains for a 5th time*
The admins can handle it. There will be mods eventually, but the admins don't need the help yet.

also, there are more admins than are necessary for this size group of people, most of the admins really act as moderators, with occasional admin duties as opposed to being admins who occasionally act as moderators.
Mods in a month or two from their explanations on the subject though.

When the new admin/s are selected we will have as many admins as sections. How is that not balancing the workflow? (if there IS any work)

Wait, why is real a mod. I thought we were voting(no offense to real he would make a great mod, I'm just confused) The admins want a mod for the expected noob influx this weekend, and they trust Rob, so he's a mod for the time being. If you're ever confused, just ask xD

wtf guys
why is real moderator
edit: Oh, I'm sorry. I never seem to notice the very first board, which, by the way, is called "Important", in addition to having its name written in all caps and a horde of exclamation marks right next to it. My bad.
