Hey Humanoids,
I told my gf, the one in the picture with me and dan, that I'd take her on a nice date tomorrow night (Saturday). Only problem is it's supposed to rain.
So far, what I have in mind is: Dinner at The Melting Pot, drive to the beach, check the aquarium and walk on the beach as long as it's not lightning-ing-ing-ing.
Any other creative/unique ideas? (Not those listen on Yahoo Answers or such?)

Just play video games all night. You'll be indoors and it's an easy springboard for making a move.
I use it on Bree all the time.

You should take her out to eat somewhere nice then go back to your, or her, place and bake something! Bake a cake or cookies or brownies or a pie. Do it together. If neither of you know how to make them, find a recipe and learn together. : D
Then take your treats and eat them somewhere dry. Under an umbrella, on a porch, etc. : DD

Dinner at a nice place, then take her to a movie, and no Iron Man 2 isn't a great date movie. Then take her to the beach (as long as its not raining) and wrap a blanket or coat around her and walk around or sit under an umbrella.

Thanks for all the suggestions...
Personally, am kind of sick of the dinner/movie dates. We've been doing those for 2 years now.
I just told her to get semi dressed up and bring an umbrella.... she has no idea what she's getting into.

I actually had a barbeque in the rain (and this was a borderline monsoon) with my girlfriend yesterday, sheltering it with the garage door half closed. It was fucking fantastic. But I have always liked the rain.
Just throwing a strange, awesome idea out there.

I'm really hoping Dan takes me to see Shrek 4.
If he does, he will be thoroughly rewarded...

and no Iron Man 2 isn't a great date movie. WRONG hey, it depends on the girl. Most girls I know don't like action movies. Well now that I think about, most girls I know I wouldn't date.

High school? HAH
I hated basically every female I went to high school with.
Good luck with that.
Everyone improves a bit in college.

But Did you hate all the guys? And some girls I know that are not from my school are acctually awesome, and they're going to my high school, so I have some awesome people I know. And Lincoln Nebraska high school can be different than....what, Georgia high school?

Stop advertising. We got it, you live near Dan. Great. No need to mention it every five minutes.

I said "basically." There were rare exceptions. I had one female friend in high school and the rest were guy friends.
I have many more female friends now. People tend to get over themselves as they get older.
I only dated one guy in high school and he was an asshole as a boyfriend, but he is a good friend.
Lots of friend material in high school, next to zero dating material. My high school friends agree.
Questions answered?
PS Location: Pennsylvania
High school isn't WILDLY different depending on where you live. Size is a bit of a factor. Everyone I go to college with went to different high schools. Everyone has similar experiences, even in Hong Kong.
