southpoleofthemoon.com/wiki/index.php?title=TribeThis says it perfectly. 1:"Life Sucks" - This tribe produces people who "systematically sever relationships from functional tribes" and seek out like-minded individuals. It is the culture of gangs and prisons. 2:"My Life Sucks" - This is effectively a tribe where nothing much gets done due to self pity. 3:"I'm Great" - In this tribe, successful and confident people who are totally self-motivated tend to just revel in their own self-claimed awesomeness. 4:"We're Great" - People in this tribe are more aware of the fact that they're a united community and strive to strengthen that by creating shared Stated Values. This tribe can do remarkable things, as they place more emphasis on creativity. 5:"Life Is Great" - Finally, in the fifth tribal stage, people are orientated by their values alone and appreciate pure honesty and morals. This, according to Logan, is what enables people to change the world. When the pogotribe hit this level, we must have a good idea of how we could change the world.
