So, I was thinking that, at least for me, there are various songs that just by listening to them make me smile (specially with the right atmosphere). I don't mean, necessarily, awesome loud badass songs that fill of energy a person (a good example of that is metal or rock music) or that are master pieces. I mean songs that make me feel a sensation of... niceness? Here are 5 examples of songs that cause that effect on me: Waiting to Die - By Zero 7 The Only House That's Not On Fire (Yet) - By Lemon Demon Seishun Kyousoukyoku - By Sambomaster And I have to admit it: Baby Universe (From 'We Love Katamary') - By Maki Nomiya And lastly (btw, thanks to standalone3 for this): Wind Waker Unplugged - By FreddeGredde/Freddie25/Fredrik So, pogotribers, what kind of songs make you smile and feel good and the like? (Maybe at the end we would have made sort of a list of songs to listen to when you feel down and that would be pretty cool) EDIT: I just realised this seems like it should be on the "Youtube and the Internets" section 0.0...I suppose you could still just tell the name of the song without using youtube, so I don't know '-'

=O That it's like a strange blend between a relaxing meody and an energetic melody (which is awesome . I found this a little while ago, and I really liked it. In fact I sometimes listen to this 5+ times in a row (or within very little time lapses)... I am an addict >.<.

The Ballad and Love and Hate by The Avett Brothers is amazing. The lyrics are phenomenal.

(@that1guy2) I've liked Vampire Weekend since I accidentaly heard A-Punk on MTV, their stuff has a very happy and soft(?)like tune =) I never noticed about The New Pornographers before 0o0 [Does a little research on youtube*: ] They're pretty good 0.0, I think Mass Romantic is slowly getting addictive to me... Oh and, to understand the Daft Punk video, they have a whole dvd to most of their songs and it tells the whole story. Here are some more: I know some of these songs may have some kind of sad tone to them, but for some reason they make me hopeful in life haha.

Fairyland, never heard of them before 0.0 ... sounds like epicness 0o0!! Which reminds me: The Odyssey (Symphony X) is also pretty damn good. Gorillaz is pretty cool (19-2000 is one of my favorites) zAK's post: Certainly not something that I see everyday xD Some more (also, I really don't care for the videos of the next 2 songs): I love this one, it motivates me when doing almost anything and it fills me with awesome musical energy(playing I Wanna Be The Guy while listening to this = Awesome) (I hate the fact that I'm too lazy to even try to translate this song... but basically is about how nice is to dream)
