Go with Joomla. I use it at work all the time. It's awesome (HTML coding sucks more than hitler and country music combined.) EDIT: Option #2: Outsource to India

if you're going to use a sitebuilder use mambo. it's like joomla, but more customizable.

I didn't read through this thread completely, so I don't know if it has been mentioned before, but I suggest Drupal as a CMS.
