its either google and its servers or your graphics card. it could also be your ram or your proccesor. try refreshing or changing the quality. 480 to 720 or whatever that is available. i have the same problem at times. if its your computer then try turning off some of your background applications. if you have to then restart you computer some times that helps to.

I was getting the exact same thing early this morning. I tried clearing my cache, reinstalling Adobe Flash Player, restarting my router, restarting my computer, hitting kittens with a baseball bat, and just flat out waiting.
The last option seemed to work best.

I've been poking at Youtube with a stick for the past week or so every time one of the videos is doing with. I'm pretty sure it's their server network and not anything on my PC.
About 1 out of 3 times, if I close the browser and re-start the beastie it forces the Google server network to re-route the streamed video file and it starts working better.
Or maybe after that many seconds it just has less of a load on their servers. Who knows? *shrug*
