Yeah, the decision engine wasn't designed the best but hopefully that will change.

Deadlines for task proposals! It would be much more organized if there were due dates or deadlines for the tasks the tribe proposes to Dan. Therefore, I propose to add drop boxes with dates on the task submission page. Hopefully, this will encourage Dan to fulfill and record his tasks for his viewers to see. Viewers will get a sense of what to expect from Dan 3.0 in upcoming episodes as well. Please vote up revision3.com/dan30/task/deadlines-for-tasks

I am aware of that toolbar, however, that only rearranges the tasks according to submission by date, popularity, comments, and votes. What I'm saying is to basically give Dan a deadline or due date for these tasks; he has to complete that task before the given date. revision3.com/dan30/task/deadlines-for-tasks

I understand that too, but clearly jmejia, and the people who submited those ideas, didn't notice it.

UHm, we have noticed! Those features were not there when the decision engine first started. This thread was made before those changes were implemented...

I'd like to point out to the comments I made in here, here and here, being this last which I will quote now: I voted the idea up, but as you can see on my comment on your task in Revision3.com, I propose you also help Dan with footage, edition and upload, so he can have time to make the episodes, and you also get the chance to do the documentary. It is a win/win situation, and both Dan and you would benefit from the situation. UPDATE: I'd even go further and say you shouldn't rely solely on the task to try and make Dan Brown accept it. Go talk with him, either trough PMs on YouTube... Email... etc. And talk with him about the proposal for helping him shoot, edit and upload the videos as long as you can also use the footage for a documentary. He will surely be more than glad to help you make the documentary in return of you helping him with the episodes.

Yes, radicallyBlue, I agree. But Dan is harder to get in contact with than you realize...

He doesn't check PMs or email to danbrownuniverse@gmail.com
Best way to get in touch with him is @replying him on twitter. However, I would wait until after Sunday. He'll be traveling.
