No but they happen to be black and they happen to cause trouble and they happen to be imprisoned and they happen to do drugs. I'm sure it's one big coincidence. Yes, it IS ONE BIG COINCIDENCE. WHY CAN YOU NOT GET THAT THROUGH YOUR HEAD!? Every correlation that you've made has been a false one. I've demonstrated that THREE TIMES, yet you continue to ignore it. _nderscore is a troll. If not, let's argue this from his side. He says African-Americans are the source of all/most crime, (which is ridiculous.) What if it were another way? How would he feel being persecuted for something some his race has been attributed to unfairly? See, _nderscore? Do you get it?

I'm not going to help them until they try to help themselves. They cant. Alot of black people live in slums, attend poor schools(A school very close to the white house is one of the worst in the country, and we fight over nothing just to fight instead of working together to solve problems..but thats a different thread), they sometimes cant afford school at all, therefor cant read or write, therefor cant get a job, therefor cant get income, therefor they need a way to feed their family, therefor they sell drugs, therefor they get arrested. But why cant they afford school? No transportation, too sick to leave, etc. Why are they like that? Becasue those of us who have luxury can spend 100 dollars for a pair of shoes we dont need instead of giving it to help our fellow americans. Liberty and justice for all? Not yet, because people like you refuse to help people because of the way their skin looks. Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa. I'm surprisingly gonna have to go with _nderscore on this one. Black people DO need to start trying to make something for themselves because obviously others aren't too stoked on the idea of bailing anyone out. This is America. You can do damn near anything you want and be whatever you wanna be, but you've gotta put forth some type of effort. The problem with a lot of my peers is that they think the world owes them something when it doesn't. It IS possible to make it out of the hood, and maybe people like _nderscore would be more willing to help out if they could see some type of effort being put forth by people that claim to want a better life.

^^But again, that's living conditions. It would be almost the exact same if they were suddenly white people. I think _nderscore's issue is with poor people, not black people.

Well birds of a feather flock together. I'm pretty sure it's no coincidence that African Americans are the most imprisoned race. There is no "criminal gene", but it still seems like they tend to be the ones most in trouble. I suppose their dark skin is an influence. Some Christian (and Catholic) priests happen to be pedophiles, maybe we should kill all priests from all religions, as obviously, if some priests are molesters, then all are, don't you agree _nderscore? oh, I'd go further and say we should kill all Christians as they surely are all pedophiles. After all, I'm sure their religion is an influence in them being pedophiles.

I already debunked the fallacy by association. _nderscore has ignored it, and instead formed a poorly made strawman argument.

I'm not going to help them until they try to help themselves. Wow! You completely steered away from the main topic, which is that there are less black people in the US than white people, so there has to be a larger percentage of them that commit crimes. 68% of the 2 million in US prisons are black/other minorities This is mostly because they commit crimes, (which is the other 42% as well.) However, at an alarmingly high rate, cops are 3.7x more likely to pull over a black person. IN CANADA. The population is 30 million there, 10x smaller than the US, so it's a problem there, where only 2.5% of the population is black. In the US, it's 12% black, so just imagine the problem we have with racial profiling here, not to mention, in Arizona, they've started ridiculously telling cops to pull anyone over that looks hispanic! This is just ridiculous. We have a problem, and we need to solve it.

I agree. I am saying is that for those who cant help themselves. People(of all races) after katrina hit needed help. Instead of sitting on your ass and thinking "They deserved it" or "They arent trying to fix it, so why should I?" you should acctually do something.

But _nderscore is saying we need to help all, because he thinks all of them need it. We should help, but we can't assume all African Americans need it.

I don't really consider myself to be any one ethnicity because my family line has so many different ethnic groups mixed into the works I really don't fall into any one category. Just based on skin tone alone and not knowing anything about my family line I would be considered Caucasian though because of a skin condition I was born with I could be considered Caucasian even if I was a full out black man.
