A warning level is issued to any member who has violated the forum's guidelines or the tribe's values. You can see the reason why you were warned on your profile page, in the "Account Notes" section. You are the only person who can see your own Warning Level, and your Account Notes associated with that warning level. (With the exception of administrators, of course.) Also, if you ensure that your warning level is not increased further, it will return to zero over time. The warning system was briefly pointed out in the last POGOTOK. It is currently being tested; we're trying out a different way of warning people. If you have any further questions, please contact an admin privately. (Alternatively, you can also report one of your posts and leave your inquiry there.)

One warning typically doesn't get you banned on most forums. Just learn from your mistakes and don't make them again.
