Hi guys! I LOVE the moon, but I think it could use a little bit of change. - I think there's too much complaining about not getting anything done. (I know, I know, theoretically I'm "complaining", but it's (hopefully) for the greater good. Rather than complaining about not getting anything done, take that time & energy to get stuff done!
- I understand that we need to "Think Impossibly Big", but I think some projects tend to think TOO big. The Pogotribe is fairly small/new, I think we should build our way up from smaller projects. Don't get me wrong, it's great to think big, but I don't think we're in the best shape to organize a conference.
- People are letting great projects slip away. We need more help, Pogotribe Motivators.
- Helping teh newbz. I was lucky enough to find the FAQ & such, but I know that my first day on the moon was very intimidating, & that I didn't return until a week later. I know there has been some newb-helping projects, but I think we need more help with that.
Those are my 4 main things that I think we need to improve. Thoughts?

I think with the whole newb thing, it's upto how shy you are. I started adding my 2 cents into everything I thought I could have. It was fine, don't blame the tribe on being intimidated. As for great projects slip away, that could be true. BUT a great project for one, could be perceived by a horrid project by another. And also a great project is great only because the creators thought BiiG.

I think with the whole newb thing, it's upto how shy you are. I started adding my 2 cents into everything I thought I could have. It was fine, don't blame the tribe on being intimidated. I'm definitely not shy at all. When I joined I wanted to know how things worked before I began replying to threads. It's not the tribe's fault, it's the structure of the forum. I think it would be easier if we had a couple people who could link the newbz to the FAQ. That would've definitely helped. I'm not shy, so when I joined, I directed all my questions to "HALP PLS". I think the easiest way to get your questions answered was through the Skype chat. As for great projects slip away, that could be true. BUT a great project for one, could be perceived by a horrid project by another. And also a great project is great only because the creators thought BiiG. Of course we need to think big, but that's not what I was saying. Sometimes we think bigger than we're capable to do.
