So.. here's the idea:
I heard a few people say that they wanted some way to chat on the forums, however may I suggest that instead we set up a ventrillo server? It's sort of like skype, only it's more friendly to having a larger group of people on it. Ewe can hold down your mic to talk and go into different channels and all that jazz. I just think it would be a really good idea to get to know everyone on the forums better and bring us closer as a community. On another site I was on we did this and it worked out really good, we all became really good e-buddies and now each other very well. We also had people pay to use the ventrillo due to the large site population. If we set up a server for the moon we could have people go on for free at first, but if it became too out of hand we could have them pay a few dollars a month for server access, then donate the money we get to charity or something.
just a thought, your opinions?

No, it's fine.
We're having trouble with the TeamSpeak server anyway.

right now I'm hosting the TS server. A self hosted ventrilo server can only hold 8 people. Vent is fairly expensive in the way of voice chat to get to host.
The reason I'm currently hosting a Team Speak server is we ran into issue from the other server with an admin. This way no one has access but us.

You weren't there, but it was getting pretty bad with 8 people or so. Everyone had trouble hearing, it was cutting out, and it would just go to hell whenever two people talked at once. It sucked.
