I've recently shut down my channel (not deleted, I'm just taking a break) due to the fact that my videos lack structure, & I'm out of ideas. If you're a youtuber, how do you get inspired? Do your videos have structure? (By structure, I mean a certain style/type of video. For example - WilsonTech1, Phillip Defranco, & ThatZak) I love the process of making & editing videos, but I want to make them more often, & have some sort of structure so that people know what to expect when they subscribe to me. So here is my question to you guys. If you're a youtuber, how do you get your ideas, do you have a structure, & how did you think up your structure? If you're some other sort of artist, how do you get inspired to do what you do?

I write short stories sometimes and I find that if I constantly obsess about coming up with an idea the end result isn't good and the idea sucks. So I get most of my ideas when Im asleep, half asleep, using the restroom, or they come out of nowhere.
