I've been noticing a recurring problem on the decision engine.
People will propose a task, and then 15 minuted later, they propose it again, only worded a little differently.
This does nothing but clutter the decision engine and divides the votes. between the two.
But please, take the time to make sure you don't propose the same task twice.
