people with photoshop skills needed

I need a sig and Im way to busy and lazy to learn how to use Photoshop so with all the creative talents here I thought there has to be one person who actually wants to do me this favor.
I sorta know what I want.
800 px width
200 px height
this as a background www.freefunfiles.com/images/ourfreefunfiles/screensavers/outer-space-vol1.jpg (the upper part preferably)
with this twitpic.com/2g8zez jumping between two planets of your choice
with the words

the letters should probably be white with black outline
