IMPORTANT (READ BELOW)VOTE ON THIS POLL, NOT THE POLL ABOVE, YOU CAN VOTE ONCE EVERYDAY, AND IT'S RECOMMENDED YOU DO SO. IF YOU DO VOTE ABOVE, YOUR VOTE WILL BE ADDED TO THE POLL BELOW: poll.fm/27rf3History: September 6th = 80% September 5th = 61.15% Average 70.5% This is a study of the Pogotribe. No one else's input here, we're here to see what the common consensus on the Pogotribe is. Please comment below what your rating was, and feel free to debate. I gave a three. While Obama has done a much much better job than Bush, he's also spending a lot of time focusing on one thing, and we kinda need to get moving. By the way, the person who voted one on this, I've just found out is a troll. His vote won't be counted.

I gave him a 4, his speech regarding the end of the Iraq War was very impressive. Brought him up from a 3, in my opinion.

I'm going with 3, but with the added note that the republican candidates would be getting a 1. Obama has the right ideas and the right motivations, but he waffles a lot and doesn't really achieve much of what he aims for. The things he does have rolling are basically just continuations of the policies under Bush, so he can't take credit for the good ones (few as they may be), and the bad ones really don't do him much favour.

I gave him a 4, his speech regarding the end of the Iraq War was very impressive. Brought him up from a 3, in my opinion. The reason I gave him a three is because he isn't handling our other war very well. I want out of that one.

There probably doesn't need to be an other option on the linked poll. And to me, being a good speaker is insufficient, and Obama needs to back up what he says with actions if he wants to be seen as a good/great president.

^I'd have to agree, and I really don't hope we're out of Iraq, just for troops to be put in Afghanistan.

IN all honesty, I think Obama is handling the issues well. He can't pull out of Iraq or Afghanistan because of the instability of the regions. I understand why you want him to GTFO of their (and I DO TOO!) but he has to be careful in his decisions. I think that he's leading the country on the right path. And plus he also has to deal with the oil spill, all sorts of reforms and what's that last one? OH YEAH, THE ECONOMY! In order to save the economy, most economists will admit that you need to spend more initially and people just don't get that.. It's more of an investment rather than wasteful spending. It's very easy to blame Obama but first look at the democrats elected and how much they vary on issues. If all democrats were like Obama, we would have probably repealed the bush tax cuts, got single payer health care, accomplished tonnes of reforms including immigration and offshore drilling and heck, probably even legalized gay marriage and got rid of DADT.. Before going off the usual rant, think about what Obama has to deal with..

politifact.com/truth-o-meter/promises/rulings/promise-keptObama is doing very well, Bill Clinton agrees. I'd say he's on track, he missed a few things such as the public option but in general, he has been very promising. The results should be evident by 2012. I think he's very politically savvy and he's playing it safe. Hopefully he gets a second term when Obama can be unleashed. He's only doing a fair job right now because he doesn't want the tide to shift to the right too quickly before 2012.
