This post is based on this video by Dan Brown. The Wikimedia Foundation, if you don't already know, is the owner of Wikipedia, and as Dan states in the video, seeks to provided all human knowledge to all humans. I am very optimistic about this project, and what I want you to do is the following: - Go to Wikipedia, either the English version or the version for your location. Create an account, and start contributing by adding information, removing inaccurate information, adding references and similar. Everyone should at least do this!
- If you have the opportunity, you should donate to the Wikimedia Foundation to help them spread knowledge and keep projects like Wikipedia be working (they have got fewer than 35 staff members). This can either be done through the donation form or donating $10 by sending WIKI to 25383 (U.S. only).
- Find other good and/or creative ways for spreading knowledge to people.
Any other thoughts are highly appreciable. Fact: When Dan Brown said that he was going to donate a part of the price he won on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, he actually listed the donor as "PogoTribe":

I'm actually pretty surprised no one has responded to this yet. Dan made it very clear that one of his biggest hopes is to make information available to all. I think that's something we can do through the Pogotribe.
Wikipedia is a great tool for this, we've used it ourselves. We've also seen a lot of good information come out of Youtube as well. I think it's important for the Tribe to stay in the loop of both their local and global communities and to report what they think and see to the rest.
Any other ideas?
