just lay down in the dark with your eyes closed and let your mind trail off. My mind trailing off is what keeps me awake. I don't fall asleep till I've gone crazy and sleep is the only thing I can think about.

I just think about nothing and I end up drifting off. but if it doesn't work I take a few deep breaths and Im out.

If I find my mind is too active for me to sleep, I start to focus on my heartbeat, or my breathing. I essentially meditate until I fall asleep.

Yeah, just let yourself drift off, and don't think about falling asleep, that's usually what stops a lot of people from getting a good night sleep.

When I used to do a reading log when I was younger, I read in bed. It made me fall asleep really fast, sometimes with the book on my face...

you know when kids have loose teeth and they tie a string to their tooth and to the doorknob and close the door really fast? well do that the other way around. thatll make you fall alseep pretty sharpish.

I read alot, it makes my eyes tired, and my brain tired too, where it gets to a point where my body gives up and sleeps.

Whatever you do, don't touch electronics. Shiny and glowy stuff stimulates your brain and that's not good.
