Okay, I have this friend and he was with me and some friends one night and we were driving back to my place to drop me off cause we car pooled to the movies/dinner. So, he looks out the window and sees a shooting star and makes a wish and announces to everyone in the car that he saw the star and that he made a wish. His wish was that this one girl he likes would go out with him. She actually asked him what he wished for but he wouldn't say. He did tell her that he'd tell her if it didn't come true, though. Well, He's thinking of telling her now, but he wants to know if it's charming and sweet or weird and creepy because the girl has told him that she doesn't really enjoy talking to him since he says stupid things and it pisses her off. Anyways sorry for the long spiel, but some opinions on this would be appreciated. Oh, and sorry for not posting in like 8 years I've always been on the IRC though. ~Thanks, Shinigami345

Oh, hey 0o0!. Long time no see. I'm not a female, but I want say some stuff either way. First: "She actually asked him what he wished for" Was she actually interested on hearing what he had to say? Or it was actually more like "Ok, Ok, you told us about the star and you obviously want our/my attention so tell us your wish already ¬¬" ? (of course she didn't need to say that, I'm talking about what she could have thought).
I was thinking he should tell her if he really wants to. Until this "the girl has told him that she doesn't really enjoy talking to him since he says stupid things and it pisses her off." Again, could you be more specific? It's like he sometimes is kind of annoying to her, or she really can barely stand the guy?

Hmm well i'll clear some of it up then. She was interested in him or atleast it seemed that way. I'd have to say he's sometimes annoying to her but she can stand him because he's good friends with her friends she mostly just ignores him unless he says something important or about her in a non stupid way. I have them ina few classes he likes her and she's not like physically repulsed by him or anything horrible like that. I asked a girl i know and she said it was cute and she did a little QwQ emoticon. Anyways, I'd say they're comfortable together just simply BEING together there's been times in the past he's made her laugh and helped her through some rough times like when one of her friends did something really mean to her he looked her in the eyes and said "Everything will be okay, I promice." and i swear she was gonna break down and cry right there but she saved that for later when the football game the were at ended and they had to part ways. If it helps she said she felt weird when he sits by her.

That'd be sweet... if they're friends and get along well with each other. the girl has told him that she doesn't really enjoy talking to him since he says stupid things and it pisses her off However, it doesn't sound like she likes him. If he says stupid things a lot, which annoys her, she might find that a bit creepy. Plus it'd be significantly more awkward for everyone involved. Either way, why would he like a girl that doesn't enjoy talking to him/gets pissed when he says stupid things? That's just silly. You don't want to go out with someone who doesn't like you. Silly silly.

I have a classmate who had/has(Idk) sorta the same problem. And Of course you don't, that's why he wants her to like him . Also, people like people all the time, no necessarily people who actually like them back, the real problem would be if he was really in love with this girl, a girl who doesn't even enjoy talking to him (he isn't in love love with her, right 0.0? 'cause that would be silly). Also, I noted that one that my classmate wasn't very good at identifying his own feelings, so that may be part of the problem. And yeah, what Bree said. Also, if they are just friends (not close friends) then he may be able to seem cute/sweet, but he would probably not get anything out of teling her, besides making her feel a little more uncomfortable afterwards. It all depends on the kind of relationship they have and the personality of the girl.
