I dunno... You could always re-encode!

DOUBLE POST!! A quick Google search indicates that it does work with that format but some people have had some trouble. (Apparently just a few, which is perfectly normal.)

if it is such a problem try to rename the file... however be aware that doing so could ruin it as well.. you might just be better off using something better than WMM...

Reiteration: "I don't know if that particular file works with the program you specified. Also, get a new computer." Judgement of comment: NOT. HELPFUL.

Remember - it's hard to detect sarcasm when you're words are in text format

zamzar.com is a free video file conversion site. Use it to convert your .mov files to .wmv format, and it shall work flawlessly with Movie Maker. It still makes me chuckle at how unconditionally offended PC users still get at the mere mention of Mac! *snickers*

I never said I was offended - there was no offended tone in my response to Swim.

Because they're overly user friendly, they cost way to much, the "OS updates" like Snowleopard do nothing, they have annoying toolbars that pop out everywhere, and they only care about reducing weight - MacBook Air - and not improving speed or storage space. Plus, their "virus-proofing" is a joke, Microsoft Security Essentials does the same thing. And it's FREEEE!!!!1!1!!!111!!1!!!!!

Sorry, I'm going to have to keep this off-topic for a paragraph. How, exactly, is that taking offence? Sure, the tone of his response is excessive, but all he's doing is stating facts. He's right, and you're response is "OH! He's getting offended by the mention of a mac! OH PC USERS! They're so irrational! LOL!" Now, before you use the exact same response on me, know this. I don't hate macs - they're a perfectly legitimate computer - but I was raised by programmers, I'd never willingly use any computer that doesn't have a bI/Os (Basic Input/Output Screen). The only reason I use Windows, as opposed to Ubuntu, is because their lessons never stuck with me - it's also why I'm in Microbiology/Premed rather then Computer Science. [/off topic] [on topic] what newschooled said - just use zamzar
