Try thinking about why you can't sleep, and before you know it, you'll be asleep. It actually works.

IDK, I have trouble sleeping too and all I do is accept it and leave my iPod near the bed so I can listen to music while I wait to fall asleep... lol. Also: I'm sorry, I know I'm not really helpful... but I'm serious, listening to music at night makes it less annoying... =P

I listen to music too. Also, try counting backwards from 1000. It works for me all the time.

If I can't sleep then I just close my eyes and focus on colours and shapes floating around in the black space. Makes me sleep after about 10mins. I don't know though. It does just depend on the person I think, I read somewhere that you shouldn't be on a screen/computer for about an hour before and not eat about 2 hours before. All else... just buy sleeping pills

Read a really boring book. It does work!
Your not being able to sleep could be something to do with your diet or something though, you might wanna ask a doctor, just in case. They can probably help.
