For the past year I've had problems with Verizon.. The internet isn't what I'm paying for.. And their customer support is DREADFUL.
My TV (not actual TV, Verizon's Cable Box) went blank today. Well, not blank. No sound, and random pixels flying everywhere.. Called Verizon, but basically I got 30 minutes of really crappy music. Then some foreign guy came on, and said that they'll be by sometime late next week.. I asked why I wouldn't just switch.. Comcast would probably just be at my house on Sunday.. They were like, "Well, we can't do anything.." I asked why they couldn't do anything.. They basically said "... Because.." Later I got an email from them. It stated:
"We recently received a call from you for customer support. I was only trying to help."
Well, not really.. I was asking a pretty straight-forward question.. You could've answered it.
The rest of the email (about 9/10 of it) was literally an advert for FIOS. Which I already subscribe to.. It's a pain when you see an advert for something you already have.
Should I switch or wait?

Lol.. Sigh.. I'm trying for internet tv.. But it's just so unorganized for now, I'd end up paying more..

I use Verizon, and it actually works quite well for me, however, I only use it for my cellphone, nothing else.

Well, Verizon cell phones and FIOS are way different. If I have good Verizon coverage in my house, I'm switching when my contract expires. I have an iPhone..

Yay! They moved my cable-fixing up to tomorrow.. If they can get here.. There's going to be a snowstorm today.. This wasn't so bad..
