So, are you in?
I like it way more than Facebook, and I've only used it for 10 mins.
If you want an invite, PM me. :]
It's awesome.

No matter how good this thing really is, no one will ever branch out of Facebook because I think most people are fairly convinced that Facebook is the only site on the internet. It'll turn out like Apple's Ping. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ITunes_Ping

D'aww, I want in! I'm curious!
I have heard people saying it's "Facebook, but BETTER." Buuuut... sadly, I don't think it'll outdo Facebook. At least not very soon. The Facebook team are pretty much geniuses in the whole marketing realm, and they've made sure their product is impossible to escape. Imagine Veoh trying to battle YouTube. Imagine a new site trying to battle Paypal. Facebook is the same -- it's been ingrained into internet pop culture. Facebook Connect is everywhere (you can even log in to THIS very forum with a Facebook account!)
Moving on from Myspace required very little effort -- make a Facebook, friend request everyone. Done. But moving on from Facebook, now that people use it to sign into lots of other places and to promote their businesses? Yeah, that'll be difficult.
It'll probably enjoy a short reign as the "it" site the hip internet-savvy ones use. But I don't see it becoming the site even your grandma has an account on.
