Hi,
I normally don't contribute to forums more of a lurker reading the posts and responding in my own head.
A little about myself, My name is John and I am 20 from Dublin, Ireland. I am currently in college studying Nutraceuticals for Health and Nutrition and I am in my second year. My favourite areas being Analytical Chemistry and Nutritional benefits which can be applied to current products to enhance consumers overall health. I enjoy learning.
I am big fan of DB and shamelessly lurked here many a times and have seen the community on SPOTM grow from the start.
I am one of two Irish Pogotribes members(according to the google map) and hope to contribute to many discussions specifically in Science areas and also Religion(coming from a Catholic family in a Catholic country being sent to Catholic school from 4-18 I have a lot of opinions in this areas)
PS Dia Duit is Gaelic for "God be with you" but is taken to mean Hello!

hello to all you Irish citizens. I am not Irish but would love to someday go and visit Ireland. I actually have a question about the Gaelic language. Is Gaelic still spoken in parts of Ireland as the main language. I always wanted to learn Gaelic just because i love the way the language sounds when listening to it. Well anyways I just wanted to say hello and hopefully i will hear from all of you in conversations yet to come.
