I'm pretty unfit, and I eat too much. It always bugs me and it's this that I'll aim to change this month. I eat a lot just randomly, half the time I'm not really hungry, it's just a habit I've got used to. The same way that some people say they smoke as something to do, I guess. I eat lots of bread and stuff that's not too good for you to over-indulge on. I mean, I'm not overweight. I'm within the correct weight for my height. But there's... excess on me and I hate it. I'm a bit fat. Feel very fat XD. I wanna get rid of my (slight) man boobs I also wanna partake in far more exercise, as i have a bored dog who doesn't even get 1/3 of the exercise she should. And I'm so lazy but I actually love being active when I actually do it. I want to walk, do weights and run. So yeah. It's been bugging me FOREVER and this thread's inspired me to give it my best shot. OK, so I should centre this around some main goals I guess. I have exams coming up, so I might not be able to stick to them totally. But I'll try. Having to report back to this thread should hopefully keep my motivation up. - Only drink water/herbal tea - Severely limit junk food consumption - Walk at least 30 minutes every day - Run and lift weights regularly throughout the weekDoes anyone have any suggestions from personal experience, to help? God, I LOVE the idea of the pogotribe. All these projects. The potential for this stuff is incredible. Wow! Good luck with your own goals, everyone BTW - I'll update on sundays
