I dunno... to me when "he's cool" and "he's hot" are reasons supplied it feels more like we're voting for high school class president :\

correct me if I'm wrong, but the #1 trait looked for in people who meet the job requirements is personality. Of the applicants, I do not doubt that several of them had all of the right stuff, but the ones that were selected had the personality to support it.
Thus - the final decision - the one about, why this applicant and not the other, was probably chosen based on coolness or hotness, not b/c of their other stuff that everyone else also had.

We're not revealing the applications. Absolutely not. I' m way way way way way way way way way way too busy to deal with this stuff right now, and quite frankly, I'm tired of replying to all the "complaints" that, lets be honest here, mostly seem like "complaining for the sake of complaining."The way the admins are being treated as of late makes me sad. We're doing our job, stop yelling at us for that.
Upset Bree is upset. Seriously guys. You made a few days of my Spring Break terrible. Terrible enough that resigning actually crossed my mind.
SORRY FOR EXPLODING HERE. <_< I just don't want to keep this just in the admin chat anymore. I hate to say this butt. What I have highlighted in Bold is a couple of reasons why I resigned! In RED: Same here. I have had a bad couple of weeks...

I dunno... to me when "he's cool" and "he's hot" are reasons supplied it feels more like we're voting for high school class president :\ Honestly, those weren't the reasons. Yes, personality came into it, but it was not the case that our best friends were chosen. Choosing the last admin involved conversations and Skype calls over about a week. So a lot of discussions were held over that week. We cannot just reveal how we chose any of the new admins simply because it is too complex. We didn't just have a simple checkbox system. The problems with unanimity (or non unanimity) have arisen because it was impossible for every admin to be in every conversation, therefore we weren't always on the same page and in situations like that it's quite easy to miss or forget things. I understand that a difference in knowledge is a common cause for conflict and if it was as easy as just explaining everything, I would in a second.

This is completly understandable. It's hard to juggle my own schedule and I figure it would be difficult juggling the schedules of 8 other people as well. Miscommunications are going to happen and we just got to learn to deal with them. It looks like you guys are dealing with them accordingly so no (permanent) damage done.
